ANTIQUE WOOD VIOLIN W/ BOW, 4/4 GERMANY? 24″ W/ WOOD TUNING KEYS
ANTIQUE WOOD VIOLIN W/ BOW, GERMANY? 24″. Here is a neat early wooden violin, measuring about 24 in long, and the neck measuring about 10 inches and with wooden tuning keys still intact. I assume this is a 4/4 violin, and it reflects some age use, and a small chip off the edge of one side, please see photos. I cannot find a maker’s mark, and I do not see a paper label inside, but it looks like German made violins I have seen over the years. The bow needs to be restrung as it does not have the horse hair left, and needless to say, the violin will need servicing before use. In a worst case scenario, it could be used as a decoration or wall hanger, but I honestly think it would be a good functional violin with some servicing. Beautiful vintage 24 inch long violin with Bo missing the horsehair, a great addition to any vintage project orchestra string instrument collection, musical string inventory violin, possible decoration or wall hanger musical instrument collection, or classic early quality made violin or string instrument related memorabilia collection.

Vintage Gold Angels Playing Musical Instruments Lot Resin Figurines Italy 4 1/2 inches tall. Darling angels, with lovely painted detail. The artistic painter had thicker strokes within some of the white trim. The last two pictures zoom in, on the thicker detail. This is my opinion, I do not believe it is a flaw, but I do want to point it out.Â
